US Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed that the United States has formally invited Putin to attend the summit hosted by President Donald Trump at his golf resort in Miami. Rubio described the invitation as an opportunity for Putin to engage not just with the President but with other world leaders, expressing hope that Putin would accept.
