Tani waxay noqon kartaa mid aad u khatar ah, gaar ahaan marka la eego horumarka AI-ga oo noqonaya mid aad u fudud inuu shaqeeyo iyadoo aan la xakameyn.
Shirkadda Apple waxay sheegtay in xad-dhaafkaan uu 'ka baxo' nidaamyada amniga ee loo qoray macmiilka, laakiin wuxuu u baahan yahay inuu shaqeeyo barnaamijyada kaydinta (backup apps). Haddii AI-ga uu noqdo mid aad u awood badan oo khibrad leh, khataraha la xiriira xad-dhaafkaan ayaa si weyn u kordhi doona, sida ay sheegtay shirkadda.
Tallaabooyinka cusub ee Apple
Si loo ilaaliyo macmiilka, Apple waxay go'aansatay inay ku xaddido xad-dhaafka 'Full Disk Access' si loo hubiyo in macmiilka kaliya uu ogolaado barnaamijyada marka uu jecel yahay inuu si toos ah u bixiyo ogolaansadaas. Tani waxay ka dhigan tahay in macmiilku uu ku qancinayo inuu ogolaado barnaamijyada inay helaan xad-dhaafkaas oo dhan, iyadoo la raacayo tallaabooyin cad oo macmiilka sameeya.

Apple is introducing new controls for macOS to limit 'full disk access' permissions, aiming to mitigate security risks as artificial intelligence agents become more autonomous and capable of accessing sensitive user data without explicit consent.
New Controls Require Explicit User Action
In an update released on Friday, Apple announced it is rolling out new controls to ensure that users who genuinely wish to grant an app this extraordinary level of access can only do so with very explicit user action. The company states that Full disk access is a permission on macOS that gives an app access to a user's entire system, a feature that largely sidesteps privacy controls offered to users to allow backup apps to function properly on Mac.
Apple emphasized that some developers are using Full Disk Access in ways that could put users at risk, exposing everything on their systems—including files, mail, messages, and even browsing history—without users' full knowledge and understanding. Consequently, the tech giant is tightening these permissions to prevent unauthorized or accidental exposure of private information.
Risks Grow as AI Becomes More Autonomous
The decision comes just weeks after reports surfaced that Meta's Muse AI somehow knew the contents of a user's messages despite not having explicit permission to access them on his iPhone or Mac. While a Meta spokesperson pushed back on this report, stating that access to Messages is entirely opt-in and requires enabling both Full Disk Access and the Messages connector, Apple is proactively addressing how developers utilize this sweeping access.
As AI agents become increasingly capable and autonomous, the risks associated with this level of access will grow substantially. Apple's move aims to close the gap between powerful AI tools and user privacy, ensuring that the extraordinary permissions required for such applications are granted only with deliberate and informed user action.
