The website of Somaliland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs was hacked on Wednesday by a group identifying itself as Cyber Islamic Resistance, hours after the breakaway region’s cabinet unanimously approved a package of cooperation agreements with Israel. The hackers replaced the ministry’s website with images of senior Houthi officials from Yemen, including the group’s military spokesperson, Yahya Al Saree. As of Thursday, the website remained offline and inaccessible.
