Official Invitation for High-Level Visit

A significant outcome of the engagement was an official invitation conveyed by Ambassador Alim to Governor Dr. Mungaab. The Ambassador extended an invitation from the Mayor of Algiers, Mr. Mohamed Abdenour Rabhi, inviting the Governor to pay an official visit to Algeria.

This proposed visit aims to further solidify the diplomatic and administrative links between the two nations, allowing for direct interaction between the leadership of Mogadishu and Algiers.

The Governor of Banadir Region thanked the Ambassador for his efforts in strengthening Somalia-Algeria relations. He also commended Algeria's role in the development and restoration of the capital Mogadishu.
