Haidan: Doorka shisheeyaha oo is beddelay
Haidan ayaa sheegay in doorka khabiiradan uu muujinayo in ka-qaybgalka shisheeyaha uu ka soo gudbay maalgelin, hubayn iyo tababar, una gudbay “direct supervision and participation in planning and managing operations and building military capabilities”. Bayaanka ayaa lagu taxay in siddeed ka mid ah khabiiradan ay joogaan Hodeidah, afar Sanaa, afar Saada, laba Hajjah, laba Amran iyo mid ku sugan magaalada xeebta ah ee Khokha.

Digniin ku saabsan Bab al-Mandeb iyo wicitaan caalami ah
Haidan ayaa uga digay in howlahaas ay “threaten shipping in the Bab al-Mandeb strait and the Red Sea”, isla markaana ay aqoonta milatari u gudbin karaan kooxo kale oo hubaysan. Wuxuu bulshada caalamka ugu baaqay in Houthis loo aqoonsado “terrorist”, la burburiyo shabakadaha maalgelinta iyo hubka, lana dhaqan geliyo go'aannada Golaha Ammaanka ee Qaramada Midoobay 2216 iyo 2624.
Interior Minister Ibrahim Haidan says 14 of the experts are from the IRGC and seven from Hezbollah, and urges the world to designate the Houthis as terrorists.
Yemen's internationally recognised government has accused Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and Lebanon's Hezbollah of deploying 21 experts to help the Houthis plan and direct military operations in the country, Interior Minister Major-General Ibrahim Haidan said in a statement on Tuesday.
Minister Details Makeup and Locations of the Expert Group
Haidan said 14 members of the group are from the IRGC and seven from Hezbollah. According to the statement, eight of the experts are in Hodeidah, four in Sanaa, four in Saada, two in Hajjah, two in Amran and one in the coastal city of Khokha.
Roles Said to Shift From Support to Direct Supervision
Haidan said the experts' roles show that foreign involvement has moved from financing, arming and training to "direct supervision and participation in planning and managing operations and building military capabilities". The statement listed their specialities as including command and control, ballistic missiles and drones, electronic warfare, smuggling military components, coordinating naval operations and choosing commercial ships as targets, developing explosive-laden boats and autonomous submarines, and training fighters in mine-laying and siege tactics.
Warning on Red Sea Shipping and Call for UN Action
Haidan warned that the activities "threaten shipping in the Bab al-Mandeb strait and the Red Sea" and could transfer military expertise to other armed groups. He called on the international community to designate the Houthis a "terrorist" organisation, dismantle their financing and arms networks, and enforce the arms embargo under United Nations Security Council resolutions 2216 and 2624.
