Kismayo (HOL) – Jubbaland special forces killed two Al-Shabaab
members and captured another one alive during a targeted operation on a house
in Kismayo on Sunday night. 

The three militants were identified as being responsible for
targeted killings and planned assassinations in the city. Security officials
said the operation was conducted based on intelligence reports pinpointing
their location. 

“The men were planning to carry out targeted killings and
assassinations of important individuals in Kismayo city,” the security officers
confirmed. 

In a related development, Jubbaland Police carried out a large-scale
security operation across several neighborhoods in Kismayo on the same night. 

Authorities described the operation as part of the police force’s routine
security plan to maintain peace and stability within the city and its
surrounding areas.
