The popular Matic robot vacuum will see a $250 price increase on September 9th, raising the cost from $1,245 to $1,495.
Matic attributes the price hike to increased costs for memory and other vacuum components, which have reportedly soared tenfold.
To soften the blow, the company is offering a free year of replacement bags and an extended return policy.
