Meta’s AI Agent Development Lags Expectations
Reuters reports that Meta’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently admitted that the pace of AI agent development had not met expectations. This revelation comes after the company laid off 8,000 employees and reassigned 7,000 to AI groups.
Zuckerberg reportedly expressed concern over the job cuts being less than ideal and attributed them to insufficient adaptation to industry changes.
