The officials were selected during a parliamentary session held in Dhuusamareeb, marking a significant development for the regional state's legislative body.

Election of Regional Parliamentary Leadership

The Galmudug House of Representatives successfully concluded its leadership elections in Dhuusamareeb. Xuseen Maxamed Nuur was elected as the new Speaker of the House. Joining him in the leadership team are Cabdulqaadir Axmed Cali Quuri, who was elected as the First Deputy Speaker, and Mursal Cabdi Aadan, who secured the position of Second Deputy Speaker.
