Cyrus Kisavi Musyoka, Member of County Assembly for Ikanga/Kyatune Ward in Kitui, was arrested on Friday by police attached to Kamukunji Police Station over alleged phone thefts in Nairobi's Central Business District, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations said.
