Siemens oo ka digtay in AI ay baabi'iso shaqooyinka bilowga ah ee dhalinyarada
Judith Wiese oo sheegtay in hawlaha caadiga ah ee loo dhiibo AI ay dhalinyarada ka hor istaagi karaan helista khibrad shaqo oo muhiim ah
Shirkadda Siemens ayaa ka digtay in la baabi'iyo shaqooyinka bilowga ah ee hawlaha caadiga ah ee hadda si isa soo taraysa loo dhiibo AI, iyadoo sheegtay in shaqaalaha da'da yar laga yaabo inay waayaan xirfado muhiim ah, sida kuwa loo baahan yahay si loo kormeero shaqada ay AI soo saarto.
Wiese oo ka digtay luminta khibradda gacanta
Judith Wiese, oo ah madaxa shaqaalaha iyo waaritaanka Siemens, ayaa sheegtay in hawlaha caadiga ah ee qaar ka mid ah loo dhiibo AI ay tahay in shaqaalaha da'da yar aysan helin khibrad shaqo oo gacanta ah oo mustaqbalka faa'iido u leh xirfadahooda. Waxay sheegtay inay lagama maarmaan tahay, tusaale ahaan, in horumarinta software ay awoodaan inay koodhka iyaga u qoraan si ay si muhiim ah u baari karaan koodhka uu AI soo saaro.
Wiese waxay tidhi: "Su'aasha muhiimka ah had iyo jeer waa: maxaan u baahanahay inaan anigu sameeyo, hubiyo oo arko si aan uga fogaado in AI i khiyaaneeyo?" Waxay intaa ku dartay in AI uu sidoo kale ka caawin karo shaqaalaha inay xirfado si degdeg ah u bartaan, halka asxaabta da'da weyn ay wax ka baran karaan kuwa da'da yar ee ku soo koray isticmaalka AI.
Saameynta AI ee shaqada oo aan weli la caddayn
Wiese ayaa sheegtay inay weli goor hore tahay in la sheego sida AI uu u saameyn doono shaqada. Iyadoo xustay in Siemens ay leedahay ilaa 30,000 injineer software, waxay tidhi: "Waxaad isticmaali kartaa wax soo saarka dheeraadka ah si aad isla shaqadaas ugu qabato dad yar, ama si aad wax badan ugu qabato isla tirada shaqaalaha."
Wiese waxay kaloo xustay in AI uu dedejinayo hababka shaqada, isagoo awood u siinaya baaritaanka fikrado cusub iyo abuurista mashaariic aan suurtagal aheyn la'aantiisa.
Merz oo furay shirka maalgashiga Berlin
Shirka Invest in Germany Summit ee Berlin ayaa galay maalintiisii labaad iyo tan ugu dambeysa Talaadada, Oktoobar 20, 2026, kadib markii uu habeenkii hore furmay hadal uu jeediyay Chancellor Friedrich Merz oo ay ku jirtay ereyada: "Germany is open for business." Shirka ayaa horey u soo saaray heshiis lagu xoojinayo iskaashiga AI ee warshadaha Jarmalka oo u dhexeeya Jarmalka iyo shirkadda Maraykanka ee Nvidia.
Merz iyo maamulaha Nvidia Jensen Huang ayaa sheegay in isku darka aqoonta injineernimada Jarmalka iyo tignoolajiyada AI ee casriga ah ay ka caawin doonaan xoojinta dhaqaalaha dalka mustaqbalka fog. In ka badan 200 maamule oo Jarmal iyo caalami ah oo matalaya shirkado waaweyn, bangiyo maalgashi iyo sanduuqyo ayaa ka qaybgalaya shirka, iyadoo wada-hadallo albaabka xiran ay qorsheysan yihiin Talaadada.
As Berlin's investment summit spotlights AI cooperation with Nvidia, Siemens' Judith Wiese says routine tasks handed to machines may leave young staff without hands-on experience.
Siemens has warned against eliminating entry-level jobs that are increasingly left to artificial intelligence, saying young workers could be left without essential skills, including those needed to monitor AI-generated work, as Berlin's Invest in Germany Summit entered its second and final day on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
Siemens: Young Staff Need Experience AI Cannot Replace
Judith Wiese, Siemens' chief people and sustainability officer, said handing certain routine tasks to AI meant that young employees would not gain hands-on experience that could benefit them later in their careers. She said it was necessary, for example, for software developers to be able to write their own code so they could critically examine the code produced by AI.
Wiese said: "The crucial question is always: What do I need to have done, checked and seen myself to avoid being misled by AI?" She added that AI could also help employees acquire skills more quickly, while older colleagues could learn from younger ones who had grown up using AI, and said it was still too early to say how AI would impact employment.
Productivity Gains Pose a Choice, Wiese Says
Noting that Siemens has some 30,000 software engineers, Wiese said: "You can use the additional productivity either to do the same work with fewer people or to do more with the same number of employees." She also pointed out that AI was speeding up work processes, enabling the exploration of new ideas and creating projects that would not have been possible without it.
Summit Yields Nvidia AI Cooperation as Executives Meet
The Invest in Germany Summit opened the previous evening with a speech by Chancellor Friedrich Merz that included the words: "Germany is open for business." The summit has already yielded an agreement to deepen cooperation on artificial intelligence in German industry between Germany and US tech giant Nvidia. Merz and Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said the combination of Germany's engineering expertise and cutting-edge AI technology would help strengthen the country's economy over the long term.
More than 200 German and international executives representing large corporations, investment banks and funds are attending the event, with closed-door talks scheduled for Tuesday. Economy Minister Katherina Reiche and Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil, who also serves as Merz's deputy, are also attending.
